SPACE selected Hotel Lucy as venue for the 21st Autumn Meeting & Conference and as first accommodation choice

All meetings will take place at Hotel Lucy.

Hotel Lucy is holding availability for 50 (+/-5) rooms until Tuesday 31^st of August 2010.

• The above prices include all legal taxes.
• The above prices are per room per night and on a Bed and Breakfast Basis.
• The offer is valid only for arrival 5 - 8 October; the above mentioned prices may differ according to the season and the house availability.
• All rooms come with Climatic Control, Flat Satellite TV, Radio, Telephone, Mini-bar, laptop sized electronic safe, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, and amenities package.
• Check in Time: 14:00 pm - Check out Time: 12:00 am (late check out upon request)

Cancellation and Non-Show Policy

• For any cancellation up to 20 days prior to the events date no fee will be charged.
• For any cancellation within 20 days prior to the event date the whole deposit will be forfeited.
• For any cancellation within 2 days prior to the events date and, in case of non-show or departure prior to schedule date of the end of the event the whole amount of the total event will be forfeited.
