Please note that there is a big technical fair in Utrecht at the same time as the SPACE AM takes place. The number of rooms in Utrecht will be limited and the rates high.

The local bus company (GVU) offers a travel card which can be used at the blue/white GVU busses in Utrecht.

The travel cards costs::

1 day   -  6,00 Euro

2 days -   8,00 Euro

3 days -  10,00 Euro

4 days -  12,00 Euro

5 days -  13,50 Euro

Hotel De Biltse Hoek, De Bilt

This hotel is situated just 3 km outside Utrecht and approximately 3 km from the campus.
The hotel has a bus stop (towards Utrecht City centre and towards the Campus) just in front.

Delegates who choose to stay in Van der Valk Hotel in De Bilt cannot use the travel card, unless they travel between city borders (e.g. from Campus to Utrecht City Centre).

Price: 117,50 EUR per night/per room, including breakfast, excluding local taxes.

Reservation for the special SPACE-rate has to be made before September 1, 2012. Booking a room after this date is possible for regular rates (this is hotel policy).
