Payment Modalities
General info
Each delegate receives automatically confirmation of his/her online registration for the 23rd SPACE Autumn Meeting (AM) by email. The latest 2 weeks following your submission, you will receive the respective invoice. Should this not be the case then please contact Luc Broes, Financial Manager luc.broes@plantijn.be
The registration for the meeting becomes definitive only after payment of the registration fee(s). The hotel reservation is entirely the responsibility of the conference attendants, and they are requested to strictly follow the procedure explained on the registration form, to respect the deadlines and to carefully read the cancellation policy of the hotels.

Registration fee for SPACE Members:
Early-bird fee (until 31 July 2012): 150 EUR
Regular fee: 200 EUR
Registration fee for non SPACE Members:
Early-bird fee (until 31 July 2012): 200 EUR
Regular fee: 250 EUR
Individual registration for social events (accompanying persons):
SPACE dinner on Friday evening: 60 EUR
Guided tour (canal trip) on Saturday: 10 EUR
Cancellation of the Autumn Meeting
In the event of cancellation before 15 September 2012 the registration fee and the companion's fee shall be refunded after deduction of a handling fee of 50 EUR.
These fees will no longer be refunded in the event of cancellation after 15 September 2012.
