Both EURASHE and SPACE believe they have a role to play in the internationalisation of Higher Education in Europe. Whereas the focus of the working of EURASHE is on the whole range of tendencies and developments in European Higher Education, the particular focus of SPACE is on the organisation in different European partner institutions of common exams for a diploma with a European label in Business Studies, Languages and Hospitality & Tourism Management and the development of online courses in European and Intercultural Communication Studies.

Both parties are convinced that an agreement between them will benefit themselves and their members: EURASHE will have a close link to the concrete needs and activities in a particular important educational field, SPACE will be in close contact with current developments and opportunities in the European Higher Education landscape.
